This mean no more selling on ebay and craigslist and no more buying from consignment shops. Crap this means I’m going to pay a lot more for Addie clothes and not recoup the cost in reselling items!

If you are talking about the same thing I am thinking of, it also means no one can make quilts/toys/etc. from recycled material and sell it at craft fairs or on etsy.com.
The crafting community is having a fit and the corporations are loving it!
