Incredible. Jen had 10 weeks, and we thought that was a long time. My sister only had 8. Do you have any friends or family to help you out during the day? As much as Jen enjoyed her time with Emili during the day when she was out of work, she couldn't wait for me to come home at the end of the day and get a break. Good luck to all three of you! I ended up being in labor for 22 hours and I'm pretty sure it was because my body just wasn't ready yet. Looking back now I really should have waited it out a little longer. I would prefer to not be induced, as I would like to have a natural birth and starting it off with pitocin is not something I want to do. The most frustrating thing is every new symptom I have I run to the labor book to read about and it says something like this " indicates active labor in 1-3 days, but some women hold out for weeks!" I'm actually already 4 cm dilated, but she's still holding on in there! It was driving me crazy. I would sit there and track them and be convinced that he was coming anytime.
