He got a running start at it too, saying that the guy who was pressured to resign the veterans' affairs committe had asked for to much money for the V.A., which turned out to be almost the exact amount later approved, but only after the Walter Reed scandal broke - a minor detail you forgot to paraphrase. One would not be partial in declaring Delay to be one of the most retarded idiots imagineable, based on listening to that interview. Thank god he got what he deserved.
